The Flower Mound Police Association is an independent organization which is not affiliated with any governmental, public or private department, agency, company, or corporation.

The object of the FMPA, or Association, is to promote the health, security, economic, cultural, legislative, educational, social, political and recreational interests of its membership, their families, and others, to help preserve and strengthen comradeship among its membership, to help improve working conditions of its membership their families and others, and to help raise the public image of its membership through contact which is benevolent educational, charitable, civic, patriotic and fraternal.

FMPA participates in local events and is active in the community. FMPA provides assistance to its members and their families, as well as others in our community, who have suffered a loss, a physical injury, significant financial difficulty, etc.

FMPA works closely with CLEAT and TMPA regarding the needs of our members. A team of members from the Association is currently in the process of obtaining a contract, through Meet & Confer negotiations, with the Town of Flower Mound.
